Tools Upgrade

Hi,
I am planning to upgrade from 8.98.4.8 to 9.1.0 or 9.1.2 tools release.

Please let me know what are the differences in steps while upgrading to 9.1.0 and 9.1.2

I have gone through a lot of documents but still confused.
