Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to inactivate a bulk of Customers?

Hi,

We need to inactivate a bulk of Customers.

Do you have any idea how we can accomplish this?

Is it enough to use hz_cust_account_v2pub.update_cust_account to update status?

Product Version= 11.5.10.2
