Unable to change the Asset location due to Expense Account (Combination Expires)

Problem:

I have a problem while change the Assets from one location to another location. When i entered the new location and expense code for transfering the asset from one account to another account and save i got error " Invalid Account 100000" and i am unable to save the transaction.

Background:

The background of this error is that the invalid account represent the department code and we have enabled the code combination.

While entering the asset first time the departement 100000 was active but after some time we have changed all the department code and new codes defines in the COA like for this department the new code is 200000 and old code 100000 became inactive.
