No quantity available for Receipt

Hi

for a particular PO, in the Transactions Status Summary (Transaction > Receiving > Transactions Status Summary) its showing 6 pending transaction to receive.

but when trying to receipt (Transaction > Receiving > Receipt ) for that particular PO no quantity available to receipt.

what could cause to this issue?

please help.
