Calendars & Books are missing

Hi,

While upgrading 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 oracle application, applied 3966092 patch. after that we made application up and started testing GL Module. now curently missing the Calendars & Books are missing.

Tesing GL application: Calendars & Books are missing

GL Calendar Setup:

            Login as UW_USD_GL_SYSTEM_MANAGER responsibilty

 Go to Setup

       Financials

       Calendars option is missing
     
       Books option is missing
       
       sequences

What might be the issue,  Please let me know your suggestions.
