wget patch download automation

We would like to automate the oracle patch download from MOS. For this we would like to use WGET. But we dont want to login to MOS everytime to get the wget script that gets generated by MOS before download. Rather we would like to use the wget script to be able to download the patch taking the patch number (not the complete patch file name) and it's platform id and release id as the input parameters.
