iSupplier - Supplier User Conversion

Hello,

I am implementing iSupplier for client. We are converting client's supplier data from legacy system. Existing supplier data does not contain supplier contact user account information.  I was wondering if anyone could share their experience with getting supplier user accounts created during conversion and how they informed the trading partners?
