Report on Base Salary only

I need to give a report on all employees base salaries and am not sure which tables these values are stored in.  We have hourly employees that have a base salary and typically exceed this salary by Year End due to overtime and bonuses.  I do not want the overtime or bonuses included.  I need only their base salary.  Any suggestions on how to retrieve this?  Is this value stored in the database?  I can see the value on the Current Salary screen defined as Annualized Salary.  Is the Annualized Salary calculated?
