In Sales Order Detail, the F15 Key does Not Return You to the Order Header

In JD Edwards World Software, some function keys are conditional. The F15 in the Sales Order Entry detail screen is conditional.

  • If you have the Sales Order Entry (P4211) processing option: Display Headings First set to blank, the F15 key will take you to the Sales Order Header.
  • However, if you have that processing option set to a 1, the F15 key is disabled.

If a function key does not work, you can tell if it is conditional by pressing F24. When a conditional function key is disabled, it will not appear in the F24 P96012 screen, Available Functions/Options.
