recreate agent target

I've removed a target agent and associated targets.  Do I have to uninstall the agent software to put it back in the OMS?  I'm wondering if after 1.C in 1368088.1 I can not uninstall the agent software, rather follow some other steps to reuse the installed software.  Is it better just to start all over?  I used AgentPull.sh to put do the install.
