Residual metrics data in targets' dba_outstanding_alerts

OEM appears to write and update the underlying tables supporting dba_outstanding_alerts view (wri$_alert_outstanding,  x$keltsd, x$keltosd,  x$keltgsd, dba_advisor_definitions) when an EM alert is raised and resolved.We clone several of our databases nightly and this data moves with the clone, of course.  Unfortunately when an alert has already been registered in dba_outctanding_alerts the 'child' database does not alert on the same metric (tablespaces in particular).

Is there an emcli verb that allows me to clear these?  I couldn't find one in the Verb Bible E17786-06.

Do I need to manually clear these residual alerts every morning through the console?
