Procurement Approvals dependency on new Position Creation

Hi All -

I have a query regarding AME approvals. We have a go-live in 2 months and HR is discussing what are the pros and cons in freezing position creation process in a month's time, they are a bit reluctant to do that as it is critical for business.

Can you please tell me if there is any impact on AME engine if we do not freeze the new position creation ? My understanding is AME is dynamic and it should cope up with the changes.
