can I cancel move order from transact move order screen when for internal requsition

Create an internal requsition

the internal sales order created

run release rule with auto allocate no

the move order is created and the sales order line is ready to release and the next step is trnasact move order

go to trnasact move order screen and I need to cancel the line

the cancel is dimmed

on the other side

create manaully a move order

approve it

to trnasact obe order

able to cancel it

so the move order created from an internal requsition cannot cancel it?
