Seeded Workflow for Changes in ESS

 Gurus,

I have some  requirements on Oracle Self Service Approvals through Employee Self Service(ESS)

Just wanted to know :-

1) What is the seeded oracle behavior when somebody inserts/changes/updates  through ESS responsibility? Do we need to set up an AME to route the approvals to someone say, Supervisor?

2) What is the name of the workflow if I change following via ESS

   i) Address 

   ii) Contacts

   iii) Educational Qualifications

   iv) Competencies
