Offer Fields in Requisitiions

I was told that it is possible to build offer fields and pull them into a requisition.  This will allow you to capture information that you want to feed over to the offer.  However, when I am pulling fields into the requisition, I do not have any offer fields to pull in.  There is a drop-down above the list of available fields.  However, the only option for me to select in the drop-down is requisition.  Is there a setting or permission that needs to be set so I can access my offer fields in this area?
