Question: Can you prevent unposted payments from being voided?

Answer: Yes, beginning in release A9.2 Update 1, the A/P Payment Functional Server (XT0413) provides a new processing option that you set to prevent unposted payments from being voided:

Enter a '1' to prevent the 'void' of unposted payments.
If left blank, unposted payments may be voided.  

You use this processing option in conjunction with the processing option, Enter a ‘1’ to allow unposted payments to be physically deleted from the system.
