Print EUR VAT on USD Europe invoice

Hello.

We have a requirement to invoice for several Europe countries in USD, but to print the VAT amount also in EUR (converted to EUR) on the invoice.

Has anyone done this?  Would there be a localiztion available to support this, or does anyone have ideas how to do this.  My only thought is a custom calculation and storing in DFF.  I don't really want to use a DFF for this.
