Patch 14352595: Error while applying latest payroll and HRMS RUP5 patches

Hi Team,

applying below mentioned patches:
14313532:R12.PAY.B-  RTI : REAL TIME INFORMATION CHANGES 2012 – 2013
14352595:R12.PAY.B- PCSPS CONTRIBUTION RATE CHANGES 2012 – 2013
after applying these two patches when i run hrglobal.drv
It got struck giving below message:
There are now 1220 jobs remaining (current phase=A52):
   0 running, 0 ready to run and 1220 waiting.


ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

          FAILED: file pqgbutable.ldt on worker  3.

ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.


I checked the worker status:
