When do create accounting in Transation form i am getting Error : FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED tri

Dear Guru's

I am doing rollout project.  After completing transaction in AR Transation form i am getting error.Error : FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

I created new OU, ledger.  screen shots attached for your referrence.

Kindly help me.
