Patch 12533434:Linux x86-64:12.1:Fails to Compile forms

Hi,
Patch 12533434:R12.JAI.B fails to generate the following forms:

US Forms didnt get generated

ja      forms/US        JAINAPST.fmx
ja      forms/US        JAINARTX.fmx
ja      forms/US        JAINRGMT.fmx
ap      forms/US        APXINWKB.fmx

Similarly we ran the NLS Patch , and got similar errors for the respective NLS Forms.

Trying to manually compile, the following error occurred.

frmcmp_batch.sh module=/ebsgld/app/applmgr/IREBSGLD/appl/au/12.0.0/forms/US/JAINAPST.fmb userid=APPS/pr3m1um output_file=/ebsgld/app/applmgr/IREBSGLD/appl/ja/12.0.0/forms/US/JAINAPST.fmx module_type=form

We still got compile errror as follows :
