How can I migrate the mail merge document and its links between the servers?

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hello Everybody,
I prepared a Web ADI integrator for the mail merge. I uploaded a Word document with the letter template (Desktop Integrator Manager > Document Management > Upload New Document). Then I linked this document with the integrator and layout (Desktop Integrator Manager > Manage Document Links).

How can I download this document and its link into a file? How can I upload data from this file into another server?
Can I do this using a stand-alone program (for example FNDLOAD), or should I use the EBS application only?
