BI Publisher 10g - History of Scheduled Reports

Hello.Is there someone who can help me to discover if "History of Scheduled Reports" function works fine in my environment ?
I have BI Publisher 10g and I'm new in OBIEE.
My problem is this:
when I select "Schedule" tab  -> "History" and then select "view by ALL" the first page is OK but if I go to "next page"  then the view is redirect to "view by MY HISTORY".
Is it normal if I logged with administrative user ?
I need to view status of all schedules ...is it possible  ?
