Cost manger is failing when one transaction errors out

Hi Gurus,

Material transactions not getting costed when any of the material transaction error-ed out.

Issue is when one transaction on Job A is errored. The remaining transaction for same component on different job is not getting processed. And gets process only on resubmitting the records.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
