up2date not installed

I'm working on some systems that I've inherited (new job and the previous encumbent left before I started).
I have 3 servers that are destined to be set up as a RAC cluster.  One of them was in an "unknown" state so I ended up re-installing the OS (5.3 in this case)

The problem I have is that up2date is not installed on the 2 servers that initially appeared to be OK.  How do I install up2date?  Is there an rpm that I can download via wget ? My initial searches on the internet show really old versions but I'm looking for something close to 5.10.1-41.8.el5

Howdy, Stranger!
