No records were found matching the given criteria - Preventive Maintenance Setup

Hi,

Item has been defined but we can not link program and activity with item in Update Maintenance Requirement - Effectivities screen. We can not see any item iwhen we add more rows in effectivities list.

What is the missing thing?
