Using the Metric Browser to troubleshoot metrics in Grid Control

Hi Everyone,
In EM 10g and 11g, the agent has a metric browser that can be enabled to show you real-time data being collected by the agent.  For those of you who have used it, were you able to find what you needed to troubleshoot the metric in question?  Please use this thread to discuss the metric browser for Grid Control and share your experiences with the tool.
