Prerequisite Checks to run before running EMCA to create DBControl

Hi Everyone,
One problem that seems to keep coming up when running EMCA is that certain prerequisite checks aren't met.  There are several environment variables that must be set as well as Database Connection and configuration settings, just to name a few.  If you have recently had a problem running EMCA and would like to share your experiences with others, please feel free to join this thread.  We look forward to your input.
