When I try to apply the ussgetsed patch it's faling with below errors and not sure how I can fix the failed worker(s). Thanks.

Assigned: file b5081398a.sql on worker 1 for product ar username AR.
FAILED: file b5081398a.sql on worker 1 for product ar username AR.
Completed: file b5147007.sql on worker 2 for product ar username AR.
Completed: file b5974007.sql on worker 4 for product ar username AR.
