Allow all book members to see records where one person is added to the team

We are looking for a way to let everyone in a book see a record from another book that one of their team members is added to.  Is there a way to do this?

Person A (from book A) is added as a team member for an opportunity from Book B

Want everyone in Book A to see that opportunity record (everyone can see all opporutnities owned by Book A)
