PO output is blank for pdf format

On 11.5.10

A new user is attempting to print a PO to pdf and it returns a blank output.  Other users also try to print that PO and it is blank.  Able to print other POs with the same type - Standard Purchase Order.  Any thoughts on why this one PO will not print output?
