ZFS send/receive on Cluster 3.3 bug?

 Today I came across a really strange thing on my test cluster.
A standard 2 node cluster 3.3 running 3 zoneclusters, one running oracle.

In a cluster you can't do any zfs stuff in the zonecluster, you do everything in the globalzone.
My intention was to "defrag" the oracle data disk by doing a "zfs send | zfs recieive"
I could have done an ordinary cp but wanted to try the zfs approach.

Globalzone NODE1 = tipnd03
Globalzone NODE2 = tipnd04
ok here we go, this is what I do: (many lines left out in the description, just necessary lines shown)
NODE1 zfs list, all HA zfs's listed
