Can the metadata server auto failover to potential server
I have a question about QFS 5.3 with Solaris 11
When I setup QFS call epspool, we have 2 owner in QFS, one is active call ldmas001 and the other is potential server call ldmas002. When I shutdown the active server ldmas001, the potential server don't take the ownership. Is it the normal behavior ?
If i use the command after the active server is down
samsharefs -R -s ldmas002 epspool
The potential server become active and the qfs run normal.
Also, the potential server reboot and then fail in svc:/network/qfs/shared-mount:default. Is that any parameter require for this.
