HRMS Employee Details in 11i

Hi All,

     We are using Oracle HRMS 11i and there is a scenario where in Buiness want to automate the process of Employee details entry in Oracle HRMS i.e. Employee at the time of Joining fills the required details and thus making the data entry by HR Operations team to reduce.

     Would like your expertise advice and share the design which was used in such business scenarios?
