Configurator UI Properties

Hi everyone!
I'm struggling with Configurator UI properties. I'm  trying to apply HTML formatting like bold tags and hyperlink tags but I can't get it working. Bookshelf is not quite clear how exactly I have to write name and value in Properties to get it working.
For example, I have attribute "Link" and want it to display as a link to another website. What I have to write in the Name field of Property? In value I can write <a href="www.google.com" target="_blank">Google</a>.
For what item I have to create Property to get it working? For attribute, UI item, root product? I've tried different approaches, but I don't understand what I have to write in the Name field of the Property.
