Patch 9886447 - Causes POPAY_DOCUMENTOOL to Become Invalid

VPC Team member opened this thread on behalf of the customer.

After patch 9886447 has been applied package bode POPAY_DOCUMENTOOL does not compile - body does not exits - giving error:
PACKAGE BODY APPS.POPAY_DOCUMENTOOL On line:  1
PLS-00201: identifier 'POPAY_DOCUMENTOOL' must be declared
