How to see and generate a report for Single Row and Multii-Row UDA's in Supplier Profile?

Hello thereI have created a single-row UDA and ran the process of Supplier Performance Evaluation RFI. The UDA's in Supplier Profile got populated based on the RFI Mapping and the RFI Response values.

Subsequently I have created another RFI and used the same UDA mapping. But now Supplier Profile simply shows UDA values from the latest RFI.

Is there a way to see a report of all the UDA values generated from previous RFI's? Or shall I use multi-row UDA to see the details on Supplier Profile.

Perhaps if possible, can someone also clarify the difference between Single Row & Multi-Row UDA's with a simple example?
