Customize Requistion approval notification R12.1.2

Hello all,

    client would like to add 3 additonal fields to the Requsition workflow notification. I know this is done through workflow builder andyou  link the message to the notification but I could do with technical help in going about this in the proper manner.

Any help appreciated
