Welcome to the EBS Patching community.

This thread will address your following question

We have been live on Oracle since 2008, we recently upgraded to 12.1.3.  We now want to start the implementation of Contact Center (TeleService) for call center activities.  I want to start the implementation with the most current version of patching available.  Need recommendation or notes on what patches should be applied on top of 12.1.3.
