Not able to see Marketing Activity History

I am unable to see any Marketing Activity History within ODM.   Within both Contact and Leads I can see the completed activitiy of the email test - both targeted and opened email.  However, when I click on the Marketing Activity History link, in  both Contacts and Leads, I get the error message "Your session has either timed out or you do not have the necessary privileges to access CRM On Demand Marketing. Please refresh your CRM On Demand page and click on the link again. Contact your administrator if the error occurs again. " 

I am the administrator and I don't know why this is occurring.
