Audit Extract Utility -- trying to learn how to use it.

I'm new to supporting HFM 11.1.2.1 and I'm trying to learn how the HFM Audit Extract Utility works.  Per doc 1067055.1, there is supposed to be a 'read me file containing detailed usage instructions'.  I can't locate that file.  It's not in any of the directories where I can find the actual utility .exe.

Can anyone tell me where it hides or send it to me?
