Lead time compression not showing up in planner's workbench for existing PR's and PO's

 We are running unconstrained ascp plan.We observed that for existing PR's and PO's, ASCP is suggesting to reschedule in and out, but not showing the compression days.
The suggested start date and suggested dock date are same , though the items are having processing lead time. Even the compression days field is showing as Zero.

Users would like to know the compression for each order but are not able to have this info.

I checked for ASL for processing lead time but those are not set. So, the source of lead time information should be organization item.
Is there any profile option or setup which is causing this.
