MRP does not consider WIP Material Requirement as demand, when qty required = 0 and qty issued = -1
1. A purchased component of an assembly that exists in onhand inventory is found to be suspect.
2. A nonstandard discrete WIP job is created and released, for the assembly, with no mtl requirements or operations, with the MRP net qty set to 1.
3. The assembly is issued to the the nonstandard job via a WIP component issue txn . (Work in Process: Material Transactions: WIP Material Transctions)
4. The purchased component is returned to on-hand inventory, from the Nonstandard job, via a WIP negative component issue txn. (Work in Process: Material Transactions: WIP Material Transctions)
