Signature Capture not working for MFS Laptop on Windows 7

We installed MFS Laptop for 11.5.10.2 on a Window 7 laptop. We then installed the latest version of Topaz SigPlus. When we go to the Quick Debrief screen we are not able to capture the signature. There is no Sign button and there is no field where the signature would appear. At the bottom of the page there is an error and the details appear to indicate it is related to the signature capture function.

We are creating an SR but wanted to post here in case there is a quick solution we have missed.
