Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Problem in Receiving RMA

Hi,

We have one RMA which is appering in the Receipt screen. After completing transction receipt# generated.

But in receiving transaction screen receipt# not appearing.

Even if query RMA in Receipt screen agains it is appearing there and can make another receipt.

Can anyone provide help on this issue.
