Hi,

We are hoping someone can input to the below 2 problem areas:

Combinations of Functionality

  1. Manufacturing a Bulk Inventory item
  2. Forecasting a re-order point (Bulk Inventory) item

In the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Applications Bulk Stock Inventory Implementation Guide  no mention is made of Planning and Manufacturing a Bulk stock item – it only refers to Inventory Management, Procurement and Sales Order Management. (see below)

 

Can one use standard Planning and Manufacturing on Bulk Stock Inventory items ?

How does it work in reality in JDE – standard or work-around?

  • Does a work order completion pop up a window - like in Purchase Order Receipts described in the extract below from Bulk Inventory Implementation guide?
