TAX_ID is not showing after upgrade to R12(12.1.3) for Supplier with type Individual & Foreign Indiv

We noticed after upgrade to R12(12.1.3) that our Suppliers with Organization type of "Individual", "Foreign Individual" their Tax_id value did not come over to R12.

Basically we do NOT see the Tax_ID on the Supplier screen for this supplier with organization type of “Individual” & “Foreign Individual”. We have opened a SR for this issue with Oracle support and they recommend a patch that we applied but this issue still outstanding.

Did anybody experience this issue after upgrading to R12?

Is this a known issue?

Does Oracle provide you a data fix for this issue?

We really appreciate your assistance on this issue.
