Audit log on changes for HFM structure

Hi Experts,
I've been reading regarding audit logs, and found the following to be available:

Shared Services Audit Report
          - track changes in user provisioning changes and is not enabled by default.
      a. Security Reports – Authentication and security changes.
      b. Config Reports - Changes to settings in Shared Services.
 
Audit in HFM
      a. Data Audit
      b. Task Audit
 

But none of this audit report gives me details with regards to the changes made for HFM structure (ie adding new Metadata, Rule Changes). Are there any other audit log available for this changes?
