Generating Single Proposal From Multiple Quotes

 I Team,

I have a Tricky requirement where during the proposal generation, I need to generate a single Proposal from multiple quotes.

Have any one came across such situations, if yes please let me know how to implement this type of requirement. Please provide me any work around for this requirement.
