There is no transaction in the Transaction Interface Table to load based on the parameters provided

 Hi All.,
I am facing an error message while trying to Load Transactions which are imported from a csv file.

Case 1:
-->       I have imported transactions in csv file using import/export functionality in OIC,
-->       Able to see records in both CN_IMP_LINES and CN_COMM_LINES_API_ALL tables.
-->       Tried loading the transactions, ("Perform Classification and Rollup" flag unchecked) - loaded successfully.

Case 2:
