PM Schedule Update is not attaching Standard Instructions

Hi,The scenario is
 -  We have Service orders to be created (05 in P40040) for Preventive Maintenance
 - The Service Type, Standard parts, Standard Instructions, Standard Procedure are defined & attached to the Model order.
- The PM Schedule is defined with Model order& Service Interval days.
-  While updating the PM Schedule a PM order is generated with Parts and Procedure.
-  But the Standard Instructions are not getting attached...

Please advise...
